After more than half his life being dedicated to music, with gratifying experiences both on and off the stage, and, above all, throughout his teaching career, José Antonio Rico wanted to contribute to the flamenco guitar repertoire with these two pieces edited by Dos Acordes.
In addition to the academic transcription, in conventional writing, we present the tablature, as well as the harmonic analysis of both compositions. That would help the reader to better understand the works and provides them with musical patterns for new compositions or improvisations. Therefore, this work can be used both by experienced or professional guitarists, whether or not they read musical notation (as the tablature is included) and by students at an upper level.
